Mountainfilm on Tour - Upper Arkansas Valley, CO

Mountainfilm on Tour showcases a selection of culturally rich, adventure-packed and incredibly inspiring documentary films curated from the annual Mountainfilm festival held in Telluride, Colorado.

 
The Greater Arkansas River Nature Association (GARNA) is the host of the Mountainfilm on Tour program - Upper Arkansas Valley.

In lieu of a traditional in-person gathering, GARNA will be hosting a virtual screening of Mountainfilm on Tour with an inspiring program of films that explore themes connected to Mountainfilm’s mission of using the power of film, art and ideas to inspire audiences to create a better world.

GARNA has been hosting Mountainfilm on Tour for 5 years and has been working to inspire a conservation ethic by providing educational opportunities and experiences so that those who live work and play in the Upper Arkansas Valley are motivated to take care of natural resources and leave a legacy of responsible use of the natural environment. GARNA is Nature Centered and Community Driven . While hosting an inspiring collection of films, the show is also an opportunity to let the community know about GARNA's membership program and raise funds to support projects or goals. 2021 is GARNA's 25th Anniversary, and this film festival fundraiser will help GARNA mitigate impacts of recreation, reach more youth and families with educational programs, and divert more waste than ever before.

TICKETS TO THE SHOW

The virtual program is available beginning at 9 a.m. MT on Thursday, April 8 and will be available until 11:55 p.m. MT on Sunday, April 11. Tickets for Mountainfilm on Tour – Salida are $10 for GARNA members and $15 for non-members. To see the films selected to play in this program, click here. 

This event is a fundraiser for GARNA. Tickets purchased for this event are non-refundable. By purchasing a ticket to this event, you accept these terms. You may also choose to donate to GARNA by clicking “Donate” on the Eventgroove event page.
