Mountainfilm on Tour showcases a selection of culturally rich, adventure-packed and incredibly inspiring documentary films curated from the annual Mountainfilm festival held in Telluride, Colorado.
Mountainfilm on Tour Hilton Head is brought to you by The Island Academy of Hilton Head.
In lieu of a traditional in-person gathering, this year, The Island Academy hosting a virtual screening of Mountainfilm on Tour including an inspiring program of films that explore themes connected to Mountainfilm’s mission; using the power of film, art and ideas to inspire audiences to create a better world.
The Island Academy has been hosting Mountainfilm on Tour for three years in an effort to raise funds to provide additional learning opportunities to those in need and support 21st Century Learning in our area. The Island Academy believes in providing an inspiring learning environment for academic exploration that celebrates the individual voice, instills self-confidence and fosters an understanding of our global interconnectedness.
While hosting an inspiring collection of films, the show is also an opportunity to support this objective.
TICKETS TO THE SHOW
The virtual program is available beginning at Thursday, February 11 at 12 p.m. EST and will be available until 10 p.m. EST Sunday, February 14. Tickets for Mountainfilm on Tour - Hilton Head are $20 per person, $35 for family of 2-4 $50 group of 5 or more. To see the films selected to play in this program, click here.
This event is a fundraiser for The Island Academy of Hilton Head. Tickets purchased for this event are non-refundable. By purchasing a ticket to this event, you accept these terms. You may also choose to donate to The Island Academy of Hilton Head by clicking “Donate” on the Eventgroove event page. **Note: a portion of all proceeds will go to our Endowed Scholarship Fund, housed at The Community Foundation of the Lowcountry.
